INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup avocado oil
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
4 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons oregano
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 teaspoon chili flake
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pieces of diced avocado
4 pieces of fresh tuna
to taste of salt and pepper
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat heat half of the avocado oil and add the parsley, cilantro, oregano and garlic, chili flakes and let cook for 5 minutes, let cool and set aside.
Season the tuna with salt and pepper. In a pan over high heat heat the rest of the avocado oil and seal the tuna, 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. Add the avocado in the chimichurri, mix and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the tuna with the avocado chimichurri and enjoy !!!
